My love of food started at my grandfather's side. He was a chef, and long before I understood technique or plating, he taught me the thing that still guides me most: great food is really about care. I spent hours in his kitchen soaking it all in. That early training, later paired with formal culinary education, is the foundation behind every board and every bite I create today.

I'm Angela, and Boards & Bites by Angela is my Colorado-based catering company, built around handcrafted charcuterie boards, grazing tables, canapés, and crudités. I'm a licensed food retail caterer in the City and County of Denver, and I hold every board I send out to the same standard my grandfather once held me to.

What began as a genuine love of feeding people and bringing them together became Boards and Bites by Angela in 2026. Whether it's a quiet date night, a backyard birthday, a wedding, or a corporate gathering, I bring fresh ingredients and a design shaped around you and the moment you're celebrating.

When I'm not building boards, you'll usually find me on my yoga mat or somewhere out in the Colorado mountains. That's where I find the calm and focus I carry right back into the kitchen, and onto every table I set for you.
